In order to study in Canada, you must be accepted into a designated learning institution and have sufficient funds to cover your expenses (study and living) during your stay.
Students from the following countries – China, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Philippines, Senegal and Vietnam are eligible for processing for their Study Permits under the Student Direct Stream (“SDS”). Student from above countries are required to demonstrate that they have the financial resources and language skills to succeed academically in Canada and as such become eligible for faster processing times at respective visa offices.
Full time students in approved programs are authorized to work part time during the school year, and full-time during regularly scheduled study breaks.
